Consequences of revocation
Please note that it is no longer possible to revoke the contract once the cutting has been dispatched by us. If you revoke the contract within 5 days of placing your order, we will retain 25% of the total order costs to cover administrative expenses and preparation costs. Please be aware that it is no longer possible to revoke the purchase contract once the cutting has left our facility. From this point onwards, returns are not permitted, and the purchase is final. Any claims for refunds or returns are excluded once the cutting has been dispatched. This means that you should be certain you wish to complete the purchase before placing an order. We recommend that you carefully review all product information and contact us with any questions or uncertainties before placing an order. If you wish to revoke the purchase contract before the cutting is dispatched, we ask that you do so promptly to avoid unnecessary costs and expenses. However, once the cutting has left our facility, the purchase is binding and cannot be reversed.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
